The hymn of Universitas Gadjah Mada began to be used in the university events since December 19, 1952. In the BoT regulations, hymn of Gadjah Mada was included in the Statute of the Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1992. The hymn was created by I Gusti Ngurah Suthasoma and arranged by Kusbini.
