Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Komatsu Ltd., PT. Komatsu Indonesia, and Komatsu Indonesia Foundation have agreed to enhance cooperation in order to expand the areas of cooperation into education, research, and community service.

YOGYAKARTA – Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), and Shizuoka University, Japan, have agreed to collaborate in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).
For the past year, UGM has collaborated with New Zealand in agriculture and farming that involves Faculty of Biology and Faculty of Economics and Business.

UGM and USAID have developed solar power generation in Karimunjawa in the form of Solar Home System (SHS) 500 Wp that are installed in four locations as well as Solar Water Pumping System (SWPS) in eight locations.
