The four UGM MUN Community members have successfully made UGM proud at the international level. Thammasat University Model United Nations 2018 is the fourth edition of the international conference organised by Thammasat University to train participant’s skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and public speaking. This year students from Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Russia, Cambodia, and France took part in the conference.
Each council has withdrawn around 20-25 delegates from various universities in the region. After debates and lobbies in seven sessions, the four UGM students finally brought home the awards, making UGM the university that won the most titles.
