Our program aims to educate aspiring professional psychologists. We provide three specialties: Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Industrial & Organizational Psychology. We require students to complete two stages of the learning process to strengthen their scientific expertise and professionalism as stipulated in the curriculum agreed upon by the Indonesian Association of Higher Education Institutions of Psychology (AP2TPI) and the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI).
The first stage aims to strengthen the scientific basis of the students at the master’s level. Next, students are required to improve their professional skills through practical training in clinics and hospitals (students of Clinical Psychology specialty), regular and special schools (Educational Psychology), and companies (Industrial & Organizational Psychology).
Professional psychologists are in need and significant to society. Graduates of Educational Psychology usually develop careers as early childhood school designers, curriculum analysts, teachers or lecturers, offline and online learning policymakers, and educational problem consultants. For Clinical Psychology, our graduates often pursue careers as counselors for psychological problems, compilers of mental health policy concepts, psychologists at hospitals or health centers, and consultants for health and safety behavior. Industrial & Organizational Psychology graduates currently work as HR consultants, organizational development & change management consultants, personnel analysts, HR officers, and competency assessors.
