The design of RSA’s clinical services is in the form of integrated and multidisciplinary cluster services. There are eleven clusters, namely cluster of primary health care, integrated surgery, internal medicine and metabolism, integrated heart health service, maternal and reproductive health. The excellent services in the hospital are neuro-science and behavioral services, integrated kidney, and child development.
"In this early stage, services already running are emergency services, outpatient care, and maternal and reproductive health. Meanwhile, others will be ready at a later stage," he explained.
Arif expressed the RSA will have 123 beds for inpatient and ER. However, only 25 beds are ready for treating patients. "We have also set up two operating rooms which are ready for use," Arif said.
Sleman Regent, Sri Purnomo, appreciated the operation of the RSA UGM. He hoped the hospital can improve health care for residents in Sleman and surrounding areas. "Hopefully, Sleman people can get more and maximal health care," he said.
Sri Purnomo explained in 2011 the population of Sleman was 1,125,36 people, excluding students studying in Sleman.
