“The 6th Geoinformation Science Symposium is a biennial international event held by the Department of Geographic Information Science, Faculty of Geography, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia in collaboration with the Center for Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System (PUSPICS) and Indonesian Geographer Association (IGI). The event will be held on the 26-27 of August 2019 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia and will discuss the “Shifting Paradigm in Geospatial Data Management”. The topic will cover the recent trends and developments in geospatial research and technologies. This event is a scientific platform for global academicians, practitioners, private industries and related ministries and agencies to discuss and develop collaboration in conducting or managing geospatial research and projects.”
