The Applied Bachelor’s Program in Property Management & Appraisal (D4) at UGM Vocational College prepares applied economics graduates with practical competencies in property valuation, asset management, investment analysis, and property management in accordance with national (SPI). Students are trained through a practice-based curriculum supported by field practicums, case studies, project-based learning, and a compulsory one-semester industry internship with strategic partners such as KJPP, KPKNL, and banking institutions.

Graduates earn the degree of Applied Bachelor of Economics (S.Tr.E.) and also gain access to professional competency certification pathways from the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI), including PDP1, PDP2 (grade conversion), PDS, and PLP1 (competency examinations) as a competitive advantage in both the national and global job market. The curriculum is developed in collaboration with professional partners and industry stakeholders to ensure that each graduate possesses relevant, industry-aligned competencies.
