The Doctoral in Management program consists of coursework and research (dissertation writing) with a study period of three (3) years and a maximum study period of five (5) years. Graduates of this program get a Dr. (Doctor in Management) degree after fulfilling publication and dissertation obligations.

Graduate Competencies

The Doctoral in Management program has a coursework curriculum that discusses organizational theory, behavioral science, research paradigms and methodologies, the latest theories and research in management such as finance, marketing, strategic, human resources, operations and the latest innovations so as to equip students by mastering the latest theories / concepts and research methodology in management. The curriculum is also developed with a strengthening component in the aspects of dissertation writing, namely research literature, research design development, and research methods workshops. A research-based approach and student-centered learning support the learning process independently, systematically, and quality. Therefore, the graduates of this program are known as graduates who are qualified from aspects of theory / concepts, good research skills, and integrity as well as ethics. Various exchange programs and dual degrees abroad are also offered by this program.

Graduates of this study program have great opportunities for a career as professionals in various national and multinational companies, as academics and researchers in various state and private universities both nationally and internationally. In addition, there are opportunities to become independent researchers (as consultants).
