Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Association of Indonesian Health Consultants (IKKESINDO) have agreed to establish cooperation in enhancing competence of health management consultants.
The agreement was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding done by Dean of the Faculty, Prof. dr. Ova Emilia, M.Med.Ed., SpOG(K)., Ph.D., and Chairperson of IKKESINDO, Dr. Supriyantoro, on Thursday (8/2) in Dr. Sardjito General Hospital. Also witnessing the signing were Director General of Health Services, dr. Bambang Wibowo, SpOG(K)., MARS., and Director of Dr. Sardjito General Hospital, Dr. dr. Darwito, SpB (K)Onk.
The cooperation was done as part of professional quality development and enhancement of health management consultants. The areas of cooperation will include training, competence test for members of IKKESINDO, and research in health management.
“This cooperation going forward is expected to give benefits to the increased competence of health management consultants,” said Ova Emilia.
Meanwhile, Supriyantoro delivered similar stance. He expected the cooperation would increase competence of members of IKKESINDO.
