Tanri Abeng to Have Open Doctoral Exam at UGM

JOGJAKARTA (KU) – Former Minister of State Enterprises Empowerment, Tanri Abeng on Saturday (17/7) will sit an open examination of his doctoral promotion at UGM Graduate School. The man born in Selayar, South Sulawesi, on 7 March 1942, will defend his dissertation entitled Profitisation Policy before Privatisation through Structural Reform for Empowerment of Agricultural State Enterprises. His promoter is Prof. Dr. Nopirin, Minister Mustafa Abubakar, Education Minister Mohammad Nuh, Chair of Constitutial Court Mahfud MD, Communication and Information Minister Tifatul Sembiring, Home Affairs Minister Gamawan Fauzi, and Speaker of the House of Representatives Irman Gusman.
