Global Prospect of Safety and Halal Product Analysis

University Gadjah Mada in the 60th year of anniversary hold theis seminar to raise the issue of the Global Prospect of Safety and Halal Product Analysis with the hope that this Halal Seminar can be used to share the worldly concern on Halal Science in global world and the experience in the implementatuion of halal testing in raw materials and products. The seminar can also become a means to streghten the halal linkages to various interest groups in halal research and testing.
