The cooperation is an implementation from the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. The signing of the cooperation letter was held by Rector of UGM, Prof. Sudjarwadi and the Head of Recapital Amanah Foundation, Rosan Perkasa Roeslani on Wednesday (17/6) at the Multimedia room of UGM.

The scholarship will be given each year for 10 undergraduate students who are academically bright, but financially poor. The scholarship covers BOP, SPP, and SPMA for students from Engineering Faculty, Law Faculty, Social and Politics Science Faculty and Economics and Business Faculty.

Roeslani said that Recapital Amanah Foundation plans to cooperate with 5 universities in Indonesia. He also expressed his gratitude for UGM for the willingness to cooperate with the foundation.

Meanwhile, Rector of UGM also expressed his thanks and said that the Foundation has the similar pillar with the vision and mission of UGM. UGM was built and run based on knowledge values to improve the nation’s civilization. "The support is very useful since it can strengthen UGM resources, students, and also expand the network," said the Rector.
