UGM inaugurated six new officials. The inauguration was led by Deputy Rector of Administrative, Finance and Human Resources Affairs of UGM, Prof. Ainun Na’im, M.B.A., Ph.D., at the Multimedia Room, Monday (31/8).
The six new officials were Teguh Rismanto S. T., M. Acc., junior auditor at Internal Audit section, who was inaugurated as Head of Goods And Service Supply Sub-directorate, Directorate of Asset Management and Maintenance, and Mohammad Nurkusuma, S. I.P., Head of Educational Staff Section, Human Resources Directorate, who was inaugurated as Head of Administrative Affairs at Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.
Besides, Bambang Dwi Suka Widada, S.Mn., Head of Career Development Section, Human Resources Directorate, was inaugurated as Head of Educational Staff Section, Human Resources Directorate; Samiyati, S. E., staff at Faculty of Economics and Business was inaugurated as Head of Administrative Finance and General Affairs at Faculty of Biology; and Tunik Haryanti, S. I. P., staff in Public Relations and Protocol Affairs as Head of Academic and Students Affairs at Faculty of Cultural Sciences.
“This is a regeneration process and development of human resources. At this time, there is a new position such as that at Asset Management and Maintenance Directorate as Head of Goods and Service Supply Sub-Directorate. For others, the available positions are regular structural positions,†said Prof. Ainun in his speech.
The new position of the Head of Goods and Service Supply Sub-directorate is very much needed, according to Prof. Ainun. It is hoped that the process of supplying goods and service at the University and Faculties is faster and better. “In fact we do have many and complicated problems in e- procurement,†he added.
The six newly inaugurated officials are expected to keep their oath. He also said that the challenge of UGM in the future will be bigger, there will be higher society demands and more increasing target from stakeholders. “Therefore, the solution is that we have to improve our working ability,†he said.
In that occasion, Executive Secretary Drs. Djoko Moerdiyanto, M.A.; Director of Human Resources Affairs Harjadi, S.H., M.M., and others officials from UGM attended the event.
