Rector of Universitas Gadjah Mada, Prof. Ir. Sudjarwadi, M.Eng., Ph.D., along with University leadership held an open house for members of UGM academic community at Balairung, Central Office of UGM, Thursday (24/9). The event was held to commemorate Eid 1430 H which was marked with the traditional hand-shaking ritual.

In front of UGM academic lecturers and staff, the Rector said that the open house was a good occasion in which people could ask for an apology and forgive others, because mistakes were certainly made between people at work.
The event was also attended by the Senior Vice Rector of Academic, Research and Community Service, Prof. Dr. Retno Sunarminingsih, M.Sc., Apt., the Vice Rector of Student Alumni and Business Development, Prof. Ir. Atyanto Dharoko, M.Phil., Ph.D., Chair of the Board of Trustees, Secretary of the Board of Trustees, Chair of Council of Professors, Secretary of Council of Professors, Chair of Academic Senate, Secretary of Academic Senate, and other officials.
