Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) received a set of video depot from Kampung Halaman Foundation. The depot is a community-based digital video database program. Symbolically, the handover was done by Project Officer Sazkia Noor Anggraini to UGM’s Head of Library, Drs. Ida Fajar Priyanto, M.A., and was witnessed by Deputy Rector for Alumni and Business Development, Prof. Ir. Atyanto Dharoko, M.Phil., Ph.D., Thursday (4/3), at the University Club, UGM.
Ida Fajar Priyanto welcomed the aid from the Kampung Halaman Foundation, saying that it was appropriate as the young generation tends to access information through digital technology. The depot will be installed at Unit III of UGM Library. Sazkia Noor Anggraini said that the depot containing 100 videos could be used as research material for UGM academic community.
