which may be cited as the Second Wave of Reform towards more prosperous,

democratic and equitable life. "So in this year's commemoration, we

should be able to get the message of Proclamation, which we can

The link between democracy and justice and prosperity is often questioned. In fact, Indonesia’s democracy has not touched the economic democracy and the law enforcement that fulfills justice. Democracy has not run parallel with increased social welfare.
