"This year there are 144 students from Faculties and Departments who will follow the SP2MP program," said Razaq.

Razaq added that students who joined this SP2MP will get some necessary skills and experience that will give them the opportunity to actualize themselves in their respective environment. Self-actualization is expected to be a means of transfer of capability, skills and experience that have been obtained during the period of learning SP2MP in academic and non-academic fields.

"Skills development that we provide includes self-management training, skills of thinking and leadership, etc.," said Razaq.

Koentjoro also described some factors that need to be considered so that students can be excellent, among others students have to love a challenge and focus on the achievement, optimal results-oriented, work is always measured, never satisfied with the results, and willing to learn from experience.

"Things that should not be forgotten is prioritizing friendship and always learning from strengths and weaknesses," he explained.
