A total of 100 UGM employees participate in the socialization and simulation of individual income tax filling 2012 from Tax Office  of Sleman. The activity took  place on Thursday (2/2) at UGM Graha Sabha Pramana (GSP). Also attending the occasion were the Vice Rector for Finance and Information Systems, Dr. Didi Achjari, S.E, Akt., M.Com., and head of Yogyakarta District Tax Office, Dicky Hertanto.

On the occasion, the Head of Sleman Tax Office, Sunoto said that the socialization of  individual income tax filling is intended to help taxpayers who have difficulty in filling out  tax return form. Information is also given on the procedure for calculating, cutting, and reporting the tax correctly to the UGM treasurer, enhancing the compliance of taxpayers.

Sunoto mentioned the socialization for individual Income Tax filling between Sleman Tax Office with UGM  is not without reason. UGM is one of the largest tax contributors in the province which reached 74 billion rupiah in 2011. This amount includes Income Tax 21 with details of the 49 billion deposited through UGM treasury and 25 billion deposited in the name of UGM partner.

Given the number of UGM employees is quite large, the Sleman office will provide special service to pick up the income tax collectively from UGM. The pickup of income tax SPT will be implemented twice from February 21 to 22 and March 5-7 2012.
