The Alumni Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Gadjah Mada (KAFEGAMA) has provided scholarship funds and learning support facilities to UGM Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB UGM) students.
Dr. Bogat Agus Riyono, the Head of KAFEGAMA Yogyakarta, handed over the aid to the Dean of FEB UGM, Professor Didi Achjari, on Saturday, Sep. 14, 2024.
The handover took place on Saturday (Sep. 14) after the KAFEGAMA Open Golf Tournament (KOGT) 2024 at Merapi Golf, Cangkringan, Sleman.
Professor Achjari expressed his gratitude to the alumni who have provided scholarships and learning support facilities for FEB UGM students.
“On behalf of the entire FEB UGM family, we express our deepest gratitude for KAFEGAMA’s support in providing scholarships and infrastructure assistance for FEB UGM students,” he stated.
Professor Achjari hopes that KAFEGAMA will continue to enhance the quality of education at FEB UGM in the future.
Meanwhile, the Head of KAFEGAMA Yogyakarta, Dr. Bogat Agus Riyono, stated that the KAFEGAMA Open Golf Tournament (KOGT) is an annual event aimed at raising funds for scholarships and educational support facilities for UGM students.
Through this event, alumni also made direct donations through a song auction, which successfully raised Rp 30 million to be donated in support of FEB UGM students’ education.
