The student team from Jama’ah Shalahuddin and Campus Mosque of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) achieved an outstanding accomplishment at the 2025 National Jamboree of the Indonesian Campus Mosque Association (AMKI) Muda. The event took place at Universitas Brawijaya from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2, 2025, with 310 participants representing campus mosques from across Indonesia.
The 2025 AMKI Muda National Jamboree marked the second time the competition was held since its debut in 2023.
The event not only served as a platform for fostering relations among campus mosques but also as a forum for mosque activists to showcase their innovations through various competition categories.
Led by Indra Oktafian Hidayat (Faculty of Engineering) as the contingent leader, the UGM Campus Mosque delegation earned eight awards across multiple categories and was named the overall champion of the 2025 AMKI Muda National Jamboree.
In the Student Innovation Competition (Essay Category), Alkansa Fauziyah (Vocational College) won first place.
In the Campus Mosque Program Innovation Competition (Religious Affairs Category), two UGM teams also secured top achievements.
The first prize was awarded to Eka Setiawan (Faculty of Cultural Sciences) and Hamzah Dzaky Rabbani (Faculty of Agriculture), while 3rd place went to Pandhu Ardita Dharma Pratama (Faculty of Engineering) and Muhammad Althaf Saputra Nazir (Faculty of Engineering).
In the Education Category, UGM also claimed two titles: Muhammad Ismail Al Birru (Faculty of Engineering) and Seruni Salsabila Putri Basoeki (Faculty of Agriculture) won 2nd place, while Andri Prayitno (Faculty of Philosophy) and Bangkit Panuntunari (Faculty of Cultural Sciences) won 3rd place.

Meanwhile, in the Social Affairs Category, second place was secured by Jihan Pertiwi (Faculty of Cultural Sciences) and Rissa Arzetti (Faculty of Agriculture).
In addition, UGM Campus Mosque received the AMKI Muda Award for the Academic and Innovation Category, in recognition of the outstanding contributions of delegates such as Muhammad Surya Rasyiid (Vocational College), Muhamad Bahrul Hikam (Faculty of Animal Science), Muhammad Althaf Saputra Nazir (Faculty of Engineering), Andri Prayitno (Faculty of Philosophy), and Yusuf Maulana (Faculty of Engineering).

Chair of UGM Campus Mosque Management, Dr. Mohamad Yusuf, expressed his appreciation to all participants who contributed to this success, bringing home multiple awards and making UGM proud.
“This achievement is the result of collective effort driven by the spirit of da’wah, innovation, and service to the community,” he said on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025.
Dr. Yusuf further stated that Jama’ah Shalahuddin and the Campus Mosque will continue to uphold the values of da’wah, education, and social empowerment in line with the spirit of the Sustainable Development Goals.
“We hope this achievement will serve as a motivation for campus mosques to continuously contribute and create positive impacts for society,” he concluded.
