As a major university, UGM can not be separated from problems, particularly those related to continuous service improvement for community and academic community. “Recently, ISO certifications for several UGM units have been done. Improvement is needed continuously." said this former Dean of Economics and Business Faculty at UGM Central Office.

The six units were hoped to be stimulant for others. “Other than through certification, we still improve the quality of units, because quality assurance is also needed by Faculties, which we hope will be overall; therefore, our service to society will meet the high standard. This absolutely needs our hard work and cooperation,†he added.
