Success does not come suddenly, but it is the result of a process. Success is also determined by personal values. This was delivered by the Commissioner of PT. Transcorp, Dr. Ishadi S.K, in a Guest Lecture event titled "The Miracle of Values & Branding: How Value & Branding Strongly Impact the Business" in the Auditorium of Master of Management (MM) Program UGM, Friday (1/6). "To be successful, a person must have values. The greater the value you have, the greater the benefit to you, such as recognition, appreciation and additional income," he said.

Ishadi mentioned that the personal asset is the person itself. Therefore, in order to achieve success needs to improve skills, knowledge, attitudes, and communication. "Because you are not part of the shareholders, so what should be invested is your personal value. These values will improve your position now and in the future," the man born in Majene, 30 April 1943, said.

According to Ishadi, in addition to providing benefits to a person, individual values also need increase values of people who are in the same scope of work. "If you work for the interest of the company, the value is also able to increase the values of people working in the company. Therefore, the value of individual and corporate mutually support and complement each other," he explained.

In the seminar Ishadi also expressed optimism that Indonesia could become the world's leading nation. He mentioned that Indonesia has reliable and competent human resources. Many Indonesia’s best sons and daughters are in a number of excellent science and technology centers in the world.

"Indonesia has actually superior human resources, who are young, smart and talented. Today many best people are working in a number of the world’s science technology centers and affiliated companies. I think they will return to their homeland if the research climate here is more conducive," he said.

In Ishadi’s view, the people that will make Indonesia a country with the fifth largest economic power in the world after China, India, the United States and the European Union. "They will make Indonesia the fifth super power nation in the world. This is consistent with the vision of Indonesia in 2030," the Master graduate of Ohio University said.
