Pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences are very dynamics and continuously developing fields. Rapid progress in research and inventions has led to the growth of a number of advanced subjects in pharmaceutical sciences as well as pharmaceutical cares. Some fast emerging topics are examples: applications of advanced material sciences and nanotechnology in pharmaceutical technology, molecularbiology-based pharmacology/toxicology, computational approach in medicinal chemistry, and various novel trends in clinical and social pharmacy.
The 2nd International conference on Pharmacy and Advanced Pharmaceutical Sciences will be organized by the faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), in collaboration with the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst) and the Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST), Japan. This scientific event is organized to celebrate the 65thAnniversary of the faculty of Pharmacy UGM.
The conference aims to bring together researchers academia,college students, practitionersin health institutions and industries, policy makers in corresponding fields and community for all over the world to exchange andshare their experiences and research results about all aspects about pharmacyand pharmaceutical sciences.
