Prof. Dr. Achmad Mursyidi, representing award recipients, said that the award is an assessment and achievement that have been made for the years taken, that loyalty by implementing honesty is the real achievement assessment. “Hopefully that those are true. Particularly for the retired staff, is what has been conducted true?” he said.

Retirement does not mean finished, instead they are expected to keep serving based on their own needs. “But spiritually, coming to retirement age means that people should be more convinced than before, because it is said that success is more spiritual rather than intellectual, not because someone is smart, but because of his spiritual values. I hope that our achievements will leave a trace for the young generation,” he added.

In that occasion, the Rector extended his gratitude to the recipients as they are considered as having given a good example for the next generation. Therefore, he hoped that, despite their retirement, they will continue to develop and implement knowledge for people's benefit and happiness. “Hopefully, their discipline and dedication will serve as a record to encourage the young generation to follow suit,” he concluded.
