In a resounding victory, the UGM Academic Hospital (RSA) clinched the prestigious 1st place in the Faskes Award by BPJS Kesehatan in 2023.
This distinguished award was bestowed upon RSA for its outstanding achievement in the Optimization of Health Facility Information Portal category.
Dr. Darwito, MD, the President Director of RSA, expressed joy and gratitude for this remarkable feat. He attributed this triumph to the concerted efforts of the entire RSA team. The award is a testament to the hospital’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
BPJS meticulously assessed RSA throughout 2023, evaluating the Optimization of the Health Facility Information Portal. Every facet of RSA’s operations became pivotal evaluation points for BPJS.
“While the award is a significant achievement, what matters most is that it propels RSA towards smart hospitality,” noted Dr. Darwito during the announcement on Monday (Dec. 4).
He underscored that RSA remains committed to advancements and innovations across all aspects. The hospital consistently aims to enhance its capabilities, ensuring the delivery of standardized, high-quality services to the community.
In service provision, RSA employs smart system technology, enabling the real-time monitoring and control of treatment rooms and isolation units through a web-based system.
Collaborating with the system developed by the UGM Directorate of Information Technology, RSA aspires to elevate service standards further.
“Moving towards smart hospitality, we’ve implemented a paperless policy and are continuously evolving the system,” Dr. Darwito explained.
The esteemed Faskes Award in the Optimization of Health Facility Information Portal category was presented to RSA by BPJS in Sleman Regency.
